Partnerships & fleet deployment

Deploy MastNodes at fleet scale.

MastChain is an operator-run network that captures live AIS vessel signals from the air and signs every one at the source. If you can deploy ten or more MastNodes, across rooftops, towers, ports, or a region you know well, we want to talk. Where a fleet lines up with the areas we most need covered, we can subsidise the hardware, and in some cases provide it free.

Fleet deployment

One partner, many receivers, real coverage

Single operators grow the network one receiver at a time. Fleet partners move it in leaps: a portfolio of sites brought online as one deployment, planned around the coastlines, straits, and shipping lanes where coverage is worth the most. In return, fleet partners get volume terms, planning support, and a direct line to the team.

Who we partner with

Three kinds of fleet partner

01

Site and infrastructure partners

Organisations with buildings, masts, or towers in useful places: telecom and broadcast sites, rooftop portfolios, energy and utility infrastructure, and property managers along coasts and waterways.

02

Maritime organisations

Ports, marinas, terminals, shipping-adjacent businesses, and maritime authorities that want better coverage of their own waters while contributing to an open, verifiable data layer.

03

DePIN fleet operators

Operators already running device fleets on other networks. If you manage distributed hardware for a living, MastChain slots into your stack, and dual-network sites work well.

What fleet partners get

Terms that reflect the scale you bring

Hardware subsidies

Where your sites line up with our priority coverage areas, we can subsidise MastNode hardware for the deployment.

Free hardware for priority areas

For deployments that close the gaps we care about most, we can provide the hardware free. Assessed site by site.

Volume terms

Fleet pricing on hardware and a single agreement covering the whole deployment, rather than ten separate orders.

Deployment planning

We map your sites against coverage needs and plan the rollout with you, using the MastNode Planner and our coverage data.

A direct line to the team

Fleet partners work with us directly: onboarding, monitoring, and support for the life of the deployment.

Rewards at fleet scale

Every receiver earns $MAST for the coverage it contributes, hex by hex, across the whole fleet.

Important

MAST is a utility and governance token, not an investment. Subsidised and free hardware is agreed case by case, based on how well a proposed fleet lines up with the network's coverage needs. Rewards reflect the coverage a deployment actually contributes.

How it works

From first conversation to a live fleet

1

Reach out

Tell us about your sites, your region, and your scale.

2

Coverage review

We map your sites against the network's coverage needs.

3

Agree terms

Volume pricing, subsidy, or free hardware where it fits.

4

Deploy

Planned rollout with hands-on support from the team.

5

Operate and earn

The fleet contributes coverage and earns $MAST.

What makes a strong proposal

What we look for in a fleet

Ten or more deployable sites, or a clear path to them
Line of sight to water, ports, or shipping lanes
Stable power and internet at each site
Permission to install at every location
Sites in or near the areas we most need covered
The ability to keep the fleet online and maintained

Not every box has to be ticked. A well-placed fleet in an unexpected place, or a partner with sites but no maritime background, can still be a strong fit. The conversation costs nothing, and we will tell you honestly how well your sites line up.

Partnerships

Bring a fleet online. Cover a coastline.

Tell us where you could deploy and how many sites you have. We will map it against the network's coverage needs and come back with what we can offer. Every enquiry goes straight to the partnerships team.
